Biography: Cecile Dinh, MD, is a family medicine physician offering full-spectrum primary care to individuals of all ages. She is dedicated to recognizing her patients' social and physical environments, to improve preventive care and promote healthy lifestyles. She especially enjoys working with babies, children and women, along with the multigenerational families she sees. Dr. Dinh strives to understand her patients' perspectives, partner with them and empower them to take the necessary steps to lead a healthy, happy life.Dr. Dinh is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Outside of work, Dr. Dinh enjoys hiking, camping, road trips, visiting national parks and traveling internationally.

Biography: Alvin Ngan, DPM, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon. He specializes in total ankle replacement, foot and ankle deformity, reconstructive surgery, arthroscopic ankle surgery, and foot and ankle trauma surgery. He holds special medical interest in foot and ankle arthritis, reconstructive surgery and total ankle replacement (TAR) surgery.Dr. Ngan treats his patients as he would wish to be treated, speaks to patients on a personal level and encourages second opinions. A Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons, he enjoys both the technological and artistic aspects of surgery. Care Philosophy: Daniela Mehech, MD, is a board-certified physiatrist (physical medicine and rehabilitation physician), with a certificate of added qualification in sports medicine. Dr. Mehech enjoys getting her patients of all ages and recreation levels moving and being active. She focuses on musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions, including acute and overuse injuries, as well as osteoarthritis and tendinopathy. Dr. Mehech has a particular interest in using ultrasound not only to diagnose and treat via ultrasound-guided injections and procedures, but also to educate patients on their conditions. She values working in a collaborative environment with both patients and with other medical professionals such as orthopedic surgeons and physical or occupational therapists. Originally from California, Dr. Mehech is happy to call Washington home. Outside of medicine, you can find Dr. Mehech cycling in all forms, swimming, running and spending time outdoors with her family.

Biography: Richard Furlong, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician offering primary care for adults, with an emphasis on planned preventive care. _x000D_ Dr. Furlong enjoys being in the privileged position as the steward of his patients' health and well-being. He finds the interaction with his patients to be special, often profoundly personal and highly gratifying. _x000D_ Dr. Furlong is the section head medical director of the Virginia Mason Kirkland Medical Center, where he has practiced for over two decades. He also has been involved in delivering medical care at free clinics in indigent communities overseas.

Biography: Juliet Bliss, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician who also offers obstetrics. She is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, and enjoys partnering with diverse populations to provide equitable and exceptional care to all. _x000D_ Dr. Bliss practices compassionate, full-spectrum primary care, treating newborn infants to elders and everyone in between. Her approach is holistic and osteopathic, encompassing the mind, body and spirit. She uses osteopathic (hands-on) techniques to treat many conditions, including headaches, sprains, sinus and upper respiratory infections, joint pain and chronic body pain. She feels that getting to know everyone in the family is important for the best partnership in care, and she especially loves working with new parents. _x000D_ Away from work, Dr. Bliss enjoys camping, reading, family game night and bicycling.

Care Philosophy: Matthew Smith, MD, is a board-certified family physician who believes his role is to help the people of his community achieve their maximum potential and get the most out of life. Dr. Smith is here to guide, educate and care for his patients, approaching them as whole persons with physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs, rather than the sum of their medical conditions. He practices the most up- to-date evidence-based medicine, and makes each patient feel comfortable and respected. Dr. Smith is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association and Society for Teachers of Family Medicine.

Care Philosophy: Claire Bovet, MD, is a board-certified family physician offering full-spectrum primary care for patients and families, including obstetrics. She also serves as a faculty member with the Northwest Washington Family Medicine Residency program. Beyond family medicine and obstetrics, her other special interests include dermatologic procedures, family planning, office gynecologic procedures, and management of chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. Dr. Bovet is passionate about bringing communities together through whole-family care. She prioritizes active listening and works with patients to develop a shared, comprehensive, evidence-based plan to promote health and well-being. Dr. Bovet is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Away from work, Dr. Bovet enjoys cooking, travel, reading, painting and spending time with family.

He also serves as a faculty member with the Northwest Washington Family Medicine Residency in Bremerton. _x000D_ Dr. Rambo strives to ensure the care he provides is aligned with the goals and needs of his patients and their loved ones, which means his first task is to listen.
