Biography: Andrew Murray, DO is a graduate of Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL. He completed his internal medicine residency at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, FL. He went on to complete his cardiology fellowship at Mercy Medical Center - North Iowa in Mason City, IA and his interventional cardiology fellowship at Bayonet Regional Medical Center-Hudson, FL. Dr. Murray is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and is board certified in Nuclear Cardiology by the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. Biography: Alyson Malarkey, DO is a primary care doctor in Englewood, OH and is accepting new patients. She is a graduate of West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV. Biography: Saqer Alkharabsheh, MD earned his medical degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology in Ar-Ramtha, Jordan. He completed his residency in internal medicine from the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH where he went on to complete fellowships in cardiovascular medicine and cardiac electrophysiology. Dr. Alkharabsheh holds a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.Dr. Alkharabsheh is board certified in cardiovascular medicine and internal medicine.

Biography: Geetha Ambalavanan, MD, FAAFP is a board certified family physician providing comprehensive primary health care to patients of all ages, emphasizing disease prevention. Her special interests includes lipid management, smoking cessation and sleep disorders, in addition to chronic disease management. She has been with Premier Physician Network since 2007.

Biography: Brandon Horne, MD received his medical degree at Uniformed Services University, and completed his residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center. Dr. Horne completed his fellowship at St Vincent's Medical Center (IN). Dr. Horne is board certified in orthopedic surgery.
