She earned her B.S. in biology and chemistry at University of Houston, then went on to Baylor College of Medicine, where she attended medical school and did her internship. She completed residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Her particular clinical interests are menopausal medicine, fertility, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, and contraception. Biography: Amy Adelberg, MD, is a native of Louisville, KY. She graduated from Georgetown University and went home for medical school to the University of Louisville. After completing residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Good Samaritan Hospital in CIncinnati, OH, she moved to Chapel Hill, NC for fellowship training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of North Carolina. She has been a part of the Obstetrix practice since completion of her fellowship in 2004 and enjoys time with her family in the outdoors of Colorado.

Care Philosophy: I believe the relationships I have with my patients are sacred; I am able to spend some of the best moments of their lives with them, and I am with them at some of the worst moments of their lives. No matter the circumstance, I take time to educate my patients and get to know them, their families, their values, and the various layers that affect their healthcare so I can provide support, resources and referrals as needed.
