Biography: Daniel Elshoff, MD joined Premier Physician Network/Upper Valley Medical Center in 1999. A graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine with a specialty in Family Medicine, Dr. Elshoff completed his residency at Miami Valley Hospital. Biography: Aaron C. Harju, MD is a board certified family practice physician who earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Cincinnati, OH. He completed his residency at Bethesda Family Practice in Cincinnati, OH. After his residency, Dr. Harju served as a family practice physician in the United States Air Force. Biography: Duane Dickens, MD is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Howard University. He completed his residency in family medicine at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Dickens is certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Medicine. He has a special interest in hypertension, diabetes, pediatrics, and men's health. Dr. Dickens has been with Trotwood Physician Center since 1996.
