Biography: Manisha Patel, MD, FACS, is a board-certified physician with The Christ Hospital Physicians Heart & Vascular who specializes in cardiothoracic surgery. She treats patients at the Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, OH as part of The Christ Hospital's heart and vascular partnership with Premier Health. Dr. Patel has significant experience in cardiothoracic surgery, research, education, and program leadership. She was inspired to pursue a career as a cardiothoracic surgeon after working as a research assistant under preeminent cardiac surgeon Shukri Khuri, MD, at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Roxbury, MA.
