Care Philosophy: My medical philosophy of patient care is based on extensive information gathering at the initial visit and establishing rapport with the patient, followed by discussion of goals for better health. Subsequent visits build up on that foundation of understanding to fine tune their individual treatment plan. My hope is to empower patients to achieve maximal health and quality of life.

He practices as part of the Virginia Mason Concierge Medicine program. _x000D_ Dr. Auerbach has written a number of scientific publications, and is particularly interested in nutrition and ``food as medicine.`` _x000D_ When not busy practicing medicine, Dr. Auerbach enjoys tennis, rock climbing, and Lego building with his son.

Care Philosophy: Kristen Pomeroy, DO, is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist who cares for patients ages 18 and older. She holds special expertise and interest in minimally invasive robotic surgery, high risk pregnancy and infertility. Dr. Pomeroy is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and member of American Osteopathic Association and American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Away from work, she loves exploring the outdoor beauty of the Pacific Northwest with her husband, daughter and two dogs. She also enjoys cooking, film festivals and theater.

Biography: Shingo Chihara, MD, specializes in general infectious diseases, travel medicine, medical microbiology, non-tuberculosis mycobacteria and caring for patients with HIV. Dr. Chihara enjoys working in an area of medicine where patients improve with intervention. He also enjoys the detective work often required to arrive at a diagnosis. _x000D_ For Dr. Chihara, all care must be individualized. All patients have different values, goals of care and health histories which must be considered when developing a plan of care. He finds it gratifying to help patients along during their healing process. _x000D_ Away from work, Dr. Chihara enjoys cycling, baseball, and spending time with his wife and children.

Biography: Soheila Hedayati, MD, is a board-certified internal and geriatric medicine physician offering primary care for adults. She is also involved in medical student and medical resident education.Away from work, Dr. Hedayati likes spending time with family and friends, and engaging in outdoor activities and travel.

Biography: Eileen Bailey, MD, FACP, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who enjoys caring for medically complex patients of all ages, with special medical interest in women's health. Her areas of expertise include general internal medicine, preventive medicine, geriatrics, women's health, cardiology and treatment of anxiety and depression. A concierge medicine physician, Dr. Bailey loves meeting new people and building strong bonds with her patients. She does this by finding common connections, and ensuring that her patients feel listened to, understood and cared for. Achieving positive outcomes for formerly ill patients and getting them back to their lives makes her feel wonderful.When not busy practicing medicine, Dr. Bailey enjoys hiking, skiing and gardening.
