Biography: Victoria Brookshire, APRN received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2000 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1993, both from Wright State University. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Victoria has been a registered nurse since 1993. She brings 26 years of nursing experience to her career as a nurse practitioner.

Biography: Josh Ordway, MD is excited to serve residents of the Miami Valley region through his medical office, Springboro Family Medicine. Dr. Ordway grew up in a village in northwest Ohio. After completing his undergraduate studies in economics at Princeton University where he was a 3 sport NCAA athlete, Dr. Ordway attended The Ohio State University to take pre-med courses so that he could attend medical school. Dr. Ordway graduated as a doctor of medicine from the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2010. He completed his residency program in Dayton through the Wright State University Family Medicine Program in 2013. Dr. Ordway lives in Springboro with his wife, Megan, and their 3 adorable children. He is a former quasi-professional marathon runner. Some of his accomplishments include winning the 2008 Columbus marathon and running in the 2008 and 2012 Olympic marathon trials, placing 21st and 47th, respectively. Dr. Ordway continues to compete at a high level and can be seen running in local races. Dr. Ordway looks forward to caring for family members spanning from infants to the elderly. Some of his special interests include dermatology, geriatrics, joint injections, pediatrics, skin bump and lump removal, sports medicine and women's health. Dr. Ordway is a Credentialed ImPACT® Consultant trained in treating concussions as well as administering and interpreting the ImPACT® test.

Biography: Melissa Benham, CNP received her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH in 2020. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Otterbein University in Westerville, OH in 2012. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Melissa has been a registered nurse since 2012. She brings her nursing experience in medical/surgical care and trauma to her career as a family nurse practitioner.

Biography: Leanne Demmitt, CNP received her Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue Global University in 2018. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kaplan University in 2015 and her Associates Degree in Nursing from Fortis College of Nursing in 2010. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Leanne has been a registered nurse since 2010. She brings her nursing experience in medical surgical care and emergency medicine to her career as a family nurse practitioner.

Biography: Steven Robbe, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. Dr. Robbe is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. He has been with South Dayton Family Physicians since 1988.

Biography: Eric McHenry, MD is a graduate of Wright State University and Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. Dr. McHenry is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. He has been with South Dayton Family Physicians since 1991.

Biography: Jay Hoffman, MD is a graduate of Duke University and the Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Kettering Medical Center in Dayton. Dr. Hoffman is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has been with SureCare Medical Center since 1995.

Biography: Michael Ruff, MD was born and raised in the Dayton area. After attending medical school at the Medical College of Ohio, he completed his training in Family Medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton, Ohio in 2001. He has worked in both private practice and academic teaching settings including Wright State University's School of Medicine. His professional interests include office based procedures and providing care for the whole family, including newborns through geriatrics. His personal interests include spending time with his family, sports (especially golf), reading and writing.

Biography: Heather Brahm, APRN, FNP-C earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Wright State University and Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. Heather is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Association of Critical Care Nurses, and Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society.

Biography: Zachary Townsend, DO graduated from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, OH. He completed his family medicine residency at Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky, OH. Dr. Townsend is board certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Biography: Robert Rodgers, CNP received his Master of Science from Chamberlain College of Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018. Robert received his Bachelor of Science in nursing from Wright State University in 2013 and his Associate Degree in Surgical Technology from National College in 2011. Robert received his Bachelor of Science in Physiology of Exercise in 2003. He is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He has been a registered nurse since 2013. He brought 14 years' experience as a nurse to his career as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Biography: Mahalakshmi Sadhu, MD is a graduate of Rangaraya Medical College in Kakinada, India. She completed residency in internal medicine at Advocate Illinois Medical Center in Chicago, IL and Bellevue Hospital/New York University Langone Medical Center in New York, NY. Dr. Sadhu is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians. Dr. Sadhu is board certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Biography: Chethana J. Raghupathy, MD is a primary care provider who earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees from the University of Mysore, India. She completed her residency training at Wright State University in Internal Medicine and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is a member of the American College of Physicians. She has a special interest in diabetes and hypertension/lipid management. Dr. Raghupathy has been with Associated Specialists of Internal Medicine since June of 2004.

Biography: Julie Myers, DO is a graduate of the University of Dayton and Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in the Wright State University Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Program. Dr. Myers is certified in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. She has been with the Internal Medicine and Pediatrics of Centerville since 1993.

Biography: Anessa Alappatt, MD is a graduate of Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. She completed her residency in family medicine at Indiana University's Methodist Hospital.
