Biography: Indresh Venkatarayappa, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Bangalore Medical College (India) and completed an orthopedic surgery residency T.N. Medical College (India). He also completed an orthopedic surgery internship and residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Venkatarayappa completed surgical training in the United Kingdom at MRCS Edinburgh and was fellowship trained in traumatology at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and MRCS. He is board eligible in orthopedic surgery. Dr. Venkatarayappa specializes in orthopedic surgery. He is a member of the Member of Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, UK, a Candidate member of American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and a Candidate member MID - America.

Biography: Sanford M. Wolfe, DO, graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed residency in internal medicine at the U.S. Air Force Medical Center at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Dr. Wolfe completed his fellowship in rheumatology at the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences in Memphis, TN. Dr. Wolfe has practiced rheumatology since 1986. Dr. Wolfe is board certified in internal medicine and rheumatology.

Biography: Christian E. Koch, MD is a graduate of University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed the St. Elizabeth Family Practice Residency at Franciscan Medical Center (OH). Dr. Koch is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and is board certified in family medicine. Biography: Norah A. Foster, MD graduated from University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City, IA. Dr. Foster completed her orthopedic residency at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC. She completed a spine fellowship at New York University in New York, NY. Dr. Foster is board certified in orthopedic surgery. She is a member of a number of organizations including the American Orthopaedic Association Emerging Leaders, Ruth Jackson Society, AO Spine, North American Spine Society, and Alpha Omega Alpha.
