Biography: Dr. Balogh was born in Romania and received his medical education there before immigrating to the United States. In addition to his European medical training in anesthesia and critical care, he interned and was an Internal Medicine resident at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Balogh practiced in Many, Louisiana before joining Willis-Knighton Health System. He is married. He and his wife, Annie, have one daughter. She is currently an anesthesiologist at Cornell University. Dr. Balogh enjoys flower gardening, travel and watching sports, especially soccer.

Biography: Dr. Ton graduated from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. She took her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the LSU Health Sciences Center Shreveport. Biography: Dr. Mody received an honorary Bachelor of Arts degree from Central High School in Philadelphia, Pa., the second oldest magnet high school in the country. He then graduated summa cum laude from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree with double majors in economics and management and double minors in psychology and biology. He completed his medical school at the world-renowned University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine before a five-year residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He specialized in spine with a combined orthopaedic and neurosurgery spine fellowship at the University of Texas and M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Dr. Mody received board certification from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Mody has coauthored numerous scientific and technical publications for noted academic journals as well as presented and lectured at regional, national and international conferences. He has taught his spinal surgery techniques to surgeons from Germany, Tasmania, Australia, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Austria, Brazil, Mexico, Ecuador, United Kingdom and Malaysia, either at WK Pierremont Health Center or at conferences. In Houston Dr. Mody provided spine and sports care for the Houston Texans and Houston Rockets as well as for the Rice University Owls. In Shreveport, Dr. Mody has provided spine care for the Shreveport Battlewings, Mudbugs hockey, Cavaliers football as well as for other local athletes and celebrities. Dr. Mody is happily married with two children and two dogs. His hobbies include travel, water sports, photography, tech start-ups, cooking, and film.
