Biography: Indresh Venkatarayappa, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Bangalore Medical College (India) and completed an orthopedic surgery residency T.N. Medical College (India). He also completed an orthopedic surgery internship and residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Venkatarayappa completed surgical training in the United Kingdom at MRCS Edinburgh and was fellowship trained in traumatology at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and MRCS. He completed residency in internal medicine at the U.S. Air Force Medical Center at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Dr. Wolfe completed his fellowship in rheumatology at the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences in Memphis, TN. Dr. Wolfe has practiced rheumatology since 1986. Biography: Ronald Pohlman, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Practice at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton. He is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians, and in Hospice and Palliative Medicine by the Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
