As a pediatric orthopedic surgeon specializing in the reconstruction of scoliotic spines, he is humbled to learn from his patients, children, and wife, every day. He is living his dream.

Care Philosophy: Sports played a large part in my life, when during a track meet I fractured my forearm, leading to my first encounter with an orthopedic surgeon. This early event sparked my interest in medicine, specifically in the field of orthopedics.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Parodi is a Board Certified Foot and Ankle Surgeon, recognized by the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons.

Care Philosophy: I am interested in the primary care of all adults. I emphasize preventative medicine but I take care of patients with a full range of diseases and conditions.

Biography: Dr. Ryan Carr is a board-certified and fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in disorders of the shoulder, hip, and knee. Procedures he performs includes joint replacement, advanced arthroscopic reconstruction surgery, and fracture management. Dr. Carr received his medical degree from Chicago Medical School and completed his surgical residency in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at University of Illinois. Prior to practicing in Denver, he was team physician for both professional and high school sports teams. In 2014, Dr. Carr was awarded the Vernon L. Nickel Research Award from the Orthopedic Research Association. When he is not in the office he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and spending time with his wife and great dane.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Noel takes pride in caring for his patients and believes in personalized care and shared decision making. He does his best to make patients feel comfortable and fully informed so that they can make the best decision possible. His Christian faith is an extremely important part of his life and an integral part of his practice philosophy: to always do what is right for the patient.

This includes a multi-disciplinary approach that integrates various treatment modalities such as medication management, physical therapy, interventional procedures, and psychological support. The goal is not only to alleviate pain symptoms but also to improve overall quality of life and function for patients. His philosophy emphasizes individualized care plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and preferences, along with ongoing communication and support to empower patients in managing their pain effectively.
