Biography: Dr. Andrew Jen, MD is a board-certified fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstruction, complex joint replacement and general orthopaedic care. His scope of practice includes primary and revision joint replacements, trauma and fracture care, pediatric fracture care, sports medicine, and minor hand and foot and ankle surgery. He provides orthopaedic care to patients of all ages, including pediatric patients. Dr. Jen is a native of the Philadelphia area. He attended the Pennsylvania State University for his undergraduate studies, where he earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Pre-Medicine and Psychology, with a minor in theatre. He then completed medical school at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine before matching into orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. While in residency, he received broad training in general orthopaedic surgery care. Following residency, he completed a fellowship in adult reconstruction at Lenox Hill Hospital/Northwell Health in New York City. He has received extensive training in joint replacement surgery of the knee and hip, training under Dr. Giles Scuderi, the lead clinical designer of the Zimmer Persona Knee Replacement System. He is well versed in primary and partial knee replacement surgery, primary hip replacement with the direct anterior and posterior approach, robotic knee and hip replacement with the Mako Robotic Platform, computer navigated knee replacement with the OrthoAlign system, same-day joint replacement surgery, management of prosthetic joint infections, complex knee and hip arthroplasty revision, and periprosthetic fracture management. Dr. Jen believes in a patient-centered and collaborative approach to patient care, delivered with the highest degree of attention to ethics and patient safety. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, and the American Medical Association. Outside of work, Dr. Jen enjoys cooking, barbecuing, traveling and spending time with his wife and three corgis. He looks forward to providing excellent orthopaedic care to the Fort Worth region and surrounding areas.

Biography: Next to being a husband and father of 2 beautiful girls ages 6 years and 7 months, Dr. Subramanian has no greater calling than that of being a physician. He chose to specialize in internal medicine because he loves the opportunity to provide quality, compassionate care to his patients. He loves developing long-term relationships. His services include: annual health exams and physicals, managing chronic medical conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease and high cholesterol. He was born and raised in India, and earned his medical degree at JSS Medical College, University of Mysore in Mysore, India. He completed his internal medicine residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Upon completion of medical training, he spent 13 years working as an internal medicine physician and teaching internal medicine residents at a hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. He currently lives in Aledo, and enjoys watching the Dallas Cowboys, cooling off from the Texas heat in the swimming pool, and traveling with his family.

Biography: Dr. Melcher is a board certified family medicine physician. He received his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, Louisiana in 2001. He completed his residency at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital in Baytown, Texas in 2004.
