Biography: Kathleen Kobashi is Chair of the Department of Urology at Houston Methodist Hospital in Texas. Her area of interest includes treatment of urinary incontinence in men and women, overactive bladder (urgency and frequency), neuromodulation, and pelvic prolapse. Her research focuses on patient perspectives and clinical outcomes following treatment of pelvic floor disorders. Prior to moving to Houston, she served as Section Head of Urology and Renal Transplantation at Virginia Mason Medical Center for 14 years and Director of VM's Pelvic Floor Center. She received her B.A. at Wellesley College and her M.D. at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, and completed her urologic residency at the University of California, Irvine followed by a Fale Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) fellowship at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles before joining Virginia Mason in 1999. She is currently pursuing her Executive MBA at the University of Michigan.

Biography: Dr. Leeds-Richter is a native Houstonian. Her clinical interests include general obstetrics and gynecology, infertility, adolescent health and gynecology, and preventative women's health care. Her practice encompasses complete care for women of all ages, with emphasis on long-term patient relationships and patient education.Dr. Leeds-Richter's outside interests include spending time with her two sons, running, skiing, attending sporting events as well as theatrical ballet performances. Dr. Leeds-Richter's practice includes Ms. Laura Walker, PA, with whom she has worked closely for many years.

Biography: Dr. David Cuellar is a graduate of the UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, and completed his residency at the University of Maryland. Dr. Cuellar also completed an advanced training fellowship in minimally invasive/laparoscopic surgery and complex stone surgery at the University of Pittsburgh. He has special interests in robotic surgery and laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of all genitourinary cancers. Dr. Cuellar serves as the head of Urology at Seton Northwest Hospital (2017-present), a position he held at St. David's North Austin Medical Center for the six prior years. He has been on the Robotics Steering Committee for both hospitals. In addition, he is a proctor/trainer for the daVinci Robotic Surgical System and began using the Da Vinci robotics system in Austin in 2004. In July 2018, Dr. David Cuellar was honored by Seton Northwest Hospital for being the first practicing Urologist in Austin to complete 1,000 robotic surgeries! Dr. Cuellar has been recognized as a ``Top Doctor`` under the category of Urology in the January 2019 edition of Austin Monthly Magazine. He also received this designation in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018. Dr. Cuellar lives in Austin with his wife and 2 daughters and enjoys tennis and golf. He is a member of the Sportsman's Club, supporting the Rise School of Austin, and was recognized as a Physician Recipient of North Austin Medical Center's Frist Humanitarian Award in 2009.
