Raab, MD received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame (1985), and his medical degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago (1989). He completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Springfield, in 1994, and received the Outstanding Surgical Resident Teaching award. Dr. Raab then served as an orthopedic surgeon at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Ft. Gordon, GA, providing a wide range of general orthopedic surgery services, including trauma and fracture care;sports injuries;total joint replacement; shoulder, hand and elbow surgery; and hip, knee, and ankle surgery. He was a member of the Joint Replacement Service, andChief of the Handand Upper ExtremitySurgery Service. He was also a member of the teaching faculty for the Army orthopedic residency training program. Following four years of active duty, Dr. Raab practiced in Georgia and Ohio, and joined Premier Orthopedics in 2011. Biography: Jennifer J. Rodriguez, PA-C received her Master of Science, Physician Assistant Studies from Pennsylvania State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA in 2016. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL. Jennifer is a certified physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery. Jennifer is a four-time Olympic athlete and has won two Olympic bronze medals in the sport of speedskating.

Biography: Courtney E. Barrett, CNP received her Master of Science in Nursing, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, from Duke University in 2012. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University in 2010. Courtney is certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has been a registered nurse since 2010. She brought two years' experience as a neuroscience nurse to her career as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Courtney is also a Certified Multiple Sclerosis Specialist.
