She continued her training with an Internal Medicine Residency at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. After residency, she did a fellowship at Berkshire Medical Center for Neuromuscular Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation. She is board certified in both Internal Medicine and NMM/OMM.Prior to medical school, Dr. Ridgley received a Bachelor of Science in Economics at the United States Naval Academy. She completed six years of military service after graduating from the Naval Academy as a Surface Warfare Officer specializing in communication, navigation and surface tactics. During her shore duty, she decided to learn about manual medicine by completing a massage degree and became a licensed massage therapist during medical school.Dr. Ridgley's passion in medicine is utilizing nutrition and manual therapies to improve overall health and wellbeing. Prior to working at Lone Tree Internal Medicine, Dr. Ridgley worked as a hospitalist, admitting and managing patients in acute need for chronic illnesses.
