Biography: Kathryn Lorenz, MD is a board certified family practice physician who earned her medical degree from the Boonshoft School of Medicine, Wright State University, Dayton, OH. She completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Medicine, Dayton, OH. Dr. Lorenz joined Premier Physician Network in 2009. She is also board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology after completing two residencies in Russia. In the U.S., Dr. Gendler completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Practice, Dayton, OH in 2006. She is fluent in English and Russian. Dr. Gendler has received many honors during her training: Academic Excellency Scholarship, Nikolay I. Pirogov Senior Student Award, Leadership Award, and Intern of the Year award. She has been a clinical instructor for medical students and participated in many volunteer activities receiving the Annual Volunteer Award for her service. Biography: Indresh Venkatarayappa, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Bangalore Medical College (India) and completed an orthopedic surgery residency T.N. Medical College (India). He also completed an orthopedic surgery internship and residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Venkatarayappa completed surgical training in the United Kingdom at MRCS Edinburgh and was fellowship trained in traumatology at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and MRCS. He is board eligible in orthopedic surgery. Dr. Venkatarayappa specializes in orthopedic surgery. He is a member of the Member of Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, UK, a Candidate member of American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and a Candidate member MID - America.

Biography: Josh Ordway, MD is excited to serve residents of the Miami Valley region through his medical office, Springboro Family Medicine. Dr. Ordway grew up in a village in northwest Ohio. After completing his undergraduate studies in economics at Princeton University where he was a 3 sport NCAA athlete, Dr. Ordway attended The Ohio State University to take pre-med courses so that he could attend medical school. Dr. Ordway graduated as a doctor of medicine from the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2010. He completed his residency program in Dayton through the Wright State University Family Medicine Program in 2013. Dr. Ordway lives in Springboro with his wife, Megan, and their 3 adorable children. He is a former quasi-professional marathon runner. Some of his accomplishments include winning the 2008 Columbus marathon and running in the 2008 and 2012 Olympic marathon trials, placing 21st and 47th, respectively. Dr. Ordway continues to compete at a high level and can be seen running in local races. Dr. Ordway looks forward to caring for family members spanning from infants to the elderly. Some of his special interests include dermatology, geriatrics, joint injections, pediatrics, skin bump and lump removal, sports medicine and women's health. Dr. Ordway is a Credentialed ImPACT® Consultant trained in treating concussions as well as administering and interpreting the ImPACT® test.

Biography: Dr. Agarwal is a graduate of Jiwaji University in Madhya Pradesh, India. She completed residencies in pathology and internalmedicine at Miami Valley Hospital and Wright State University. Dr. Agarwal is board certified in internalmedicine. She has more than 20 years of experience as a family practitioner.

Biography: Dr. Hester graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Miami Valley Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018). Dr. Hester is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Biography: Julie Larson, MD is a graduate of Carroll College and the University of Washington School of Medicine. She completed her residency in family medicine at the University of Utah at Salt Lake City. Dr. Larson is certified in family practice and geriatrics by the American Board of Family Physicians. She has a special interest in women's health and geriatrics. Dr. Larson has been with Premier Health Family Care -North since 2002.

Biography: Michael Ruff, MD was born and raised in the Dayton area. After attending medical school at the Medical College of Ohio, he completed his training in Family Medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton, Ohio in 2001. He has worked in both private practice and academic teaching settings including Wright State University's School of Medicine. His professional interests include office based procedures and providing care for the whole family, including newborns through geriatrics. His personal interests include spending time with his family, sports (especially golf), reading and writing.

Biography: Jay Hoffman, MD is a graduate of Duke University and the Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Kettering Medical Center in Dayton. Dr. Hoffman is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has been with SureCare Medical Center since 1995.

Biography: Susan F. Davis-Brown, MD is a graduate of Wright State University and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Davis-Brown's postgraduate training was at the University of Michigan Hospitals/St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor. Dr. Davis-Brown is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She has a special interest in preventative medicine, risk factor reduction, women's health, and diabetes. Dr. Davis-Brown joined Brookville Family Care in 2006.

Biography: Geetha Ambalavanan, MD, FAAFP is a board certified family physician providing comprehensive primary health care to patients of all ages, emphasizing disease prevention. Her special interests includes lipid management, smoking cessation and sleep disorders, in addition to chronic disease management. She has been with Premier Physician Network since 2007.
