Care Philosophy: In my practice, I strive to empower individuals to make meaningful changes in their lives. Leveraging a blend of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic therapy, and life coaching, I tailor my approach to suit the unique needs of each individual. Care Philosophy: I currently accept patients ages 5 through 20 and have a particular interest and expertise in treating anxiety-related conditions, including, but not limited to, generalized anxiety, separation anxiety, panic disorder, and OCD. Additionally, I have extensive training and experience in treating a wide range of other psychiatric diagnoses. I am passionate about providing holistic care and recognize the critical connection between physical and mental wellness.
