Biography: David Mesker, MD is a graduate of Wright State University and Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton. Dr. Mesker is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Practice.

Biography: Irina A. Gendler, MD is a board certified family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Novosibirsk State Medical University, Novosibirsk, Russia. She is also board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology after completing two residencies in Russia. In the U.S., Dr. Gendler completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Practice, Dayton, OH in 2006. She is fluent in English and Russian. Dr. Gendler has received many honors during her training: Academic Excellency Scholarship, Nikolay I. Pirogov Senior Student Award, Leadership Award, and Intern of the Year award. She has been a clinical instructor for medical students and participated in many volunteer activities receiving the Annual Volunteer Award for her service. Dr. Gendler is currently a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians and Ohio Academy of Family Physicians. She holds medical licenses in Ohio and California.

Biography: Melissa Burkhardt, CNM, MSN earned a BS in Nursing at Wright State University, as well as a certificate in Midwifery and a Master's Degree in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University. "Missy" has worked in labor and delivery since 2005, and joined our practice in 2011. She enjoys supporting women of all ages and has a passion for empowering women during childbirth. Melissa is accepting new patients. She is now trained and certified in Nexplanon insertion.

Biography: Polina Sadikov MD, is a graduate of 1st Medical School in the USSR. She completed her residency in family medicine at Wright State University in Dayton, OH. Dr. Sadikov is board certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Sadikov is a dedicated family medicine physician with a passion for comprehensive care. She provides personalized, patient-centered treatment for a wide range of conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, musculoskeletal disorders, depression, anxiety, thyroid disorders, obesity, asthma, COPD, and menopause. Biography: Annadorai Kalahasthy, MD is a graduate of Guntur Medical School in Guntur, India. He completed his residency in internal medicine at St. Francis Hospital of Evanston. Dr. Kalahasthy is certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has a special interest in preventative care, heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders, and chronic disease. Dr. Kalahasthy has been with Huber Heights Family Care since 2000.

Biography: Amy Jones, MD is a graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Cincinnati Children's Hospital and Medical Center in Cincinnati. Dr. Jones is certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics. She has been with Premier Health Pediatrics -Huber Heights since 2003.

Biography: Julio Soto, MD, FAAFP is a family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his clinical fellowship in urology at Emory University School of Medicine and his categorical in family medicine at the University of Toledo College of Medicine. Dr. Soto is a member of a number of professional societies including: Continental Who's Who, American Health Counsel, American Academy of Family Medicine, American Medical Group Association, Ohio Academy of Family Medicine, International Society of Men's Health, Sexual Medicine Society of North America, and the American Urological Association. Dr. Soto is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

Biography: Joseph P. Allen, MD, FAAFP is board-certified in family medicine and is a graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency through the Dayton Community Family Practice Residency Program at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018). Dr. Allen's special interests include pediatric health, sports medicine and preventive medicine. Dr. Allen is also the Premier Physician Network Regional Medical Director. She has a special interest in preventative medicine, risk factor reduction, women's health, and diabetes. Dr. Davis-Brown joined Brookville Family Care in 2006.
