Care Philosophy: Dr. Shannon Hardy grew up in Houston, Texas, and attended St. John's School. She then did her undergraduate studies at Rice University where she graduated Pre-med with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Linguistics and Literature in 2003. She then earned her Medical Doctorate at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2007, where she graduated in the top quarter of her class. She stayed at UTMB to complete her four years of residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology. While in residency, she received several awards for Outstanding Resident and Student Teaching, and was elected Administrative Chief Resident from 2010-2011. She has been in private practice in Houston since 2011, and is very excited to join Complete Women's Care Center in 2014.

Biography: Mary Caroline Young Imbs, DO is an Obstetrician and Gynecologist with Woman's Health Group in the Medical Center of Houston, Texas. Dr. Imbs received both her BBA in Marketing as well as her BA in Spanish from Southern Methodist University. She then went on to complete her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from A.T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Imbs completed her training with a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital.Dr. Imbs believes that practicing as an ObGyn is an honor and a privilege. She is able to use multiple treatment modalities, both medically and surgically, to improve the quality of life of her patients over long periods of time. She is able to treat the medical issues that come along with puberty, childbirth, menopause, and everything in-between. She feels fortunate to be able to develop life-long relationships with her patients in a setting where she can support them in both the best and worst of times.The most important thing to Dr. Imbs is her family. She has an adoring husband, 2 beautiful sons, and 2 mischievous dogs whom she loves. Biography: Dr. Gregory Shelton is an OB/Gyn in Houston, Pearland and Angleton area specializing in abnormal pap smears, cervical dysplasia, abnormal bleeding and menopause.Dr. Greg Shelton is a native Houstonian who has chosen to establish his medical practice with OBGYN Medical Center Associates. in his hometown. Dr. Shelton earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Colby College in Waterville, Maine, and return to Texas to attend medical school at The University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas. His Ob/Gyn residency was completed at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Hospital in Dallas.He seeks to establish a long term physician-patient relationships that allow him to provide care for his patients throughout the evolving phases of women's lives. Dr. Shelton and his wife reside in Houston with their son and dog. His outside interest include travel, cooking, and following Houston sports.

Dr. Joye began her path to medicine by attending Spelman College in Atlanta, GA where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then went on to receive her Medical Doctorate from the Medical University of South Carolina. At MUSC, she was elected into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. Dr. Joye completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas at Houston. While in residency she was the recipient of various accolades, including Outstanding Resident in Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Gynecologic Oncology and the MD Anderson Gynecologic Oncology Resident of the Year Award. She was also elected to be an Administrative Chief Resident. Upon completion of her residency, Dr. Joye was honored to receive the Outstanding Chief Resident Award. Dr. Joye's favorite thing about being an obstetrician and gynecologist is being able to establish lifelong relationships with her patients. She is an impassioned women's health advocate and strives for her patients to feel heard, be respected, and to always be well cared for. Dr. Joye brings a compassionate, direct, and engaging bedside manner to all of her patients. She enjoys practicing the full breadth of obstetrics and gynecology and has a special interest in obstetrics, minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries, preventative care, menstrual disorders, and contraception counseling. Dr. Joye joined Complete Women's Care Center in 2020 and practices at the Pearland location. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She enjoys trying out new restaurants, yoga, and listening to music. Biography: Dr. Maryam H Baird is Board Certified OB/Gyn in Houston and also sees patients at Sugar Land and Memorial Village locations.Dr. Baird received her Biomedical Science undergraduate education from Texas A&M University prior to earning her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UTMB - Galveston. Dr. Baird is also a member of American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Texas Association of Obstetrics and Gynecology and American Medical Association.Dr. Baird is committed to providing quality healthcare with special attention given to her patients regarding communications and patient education. She strives to optimize patients' convenience by offering extended early and late office hours twice a week. Dr. Baird has called Houston home for over 25 years.
