Biography: Abdul Butman, MD is a graduate of Al-Azhar University and Al-Azhar Medical School in Cairo, Egypt. Biography: Seth Kettel, MD graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2011. He completed his residency in family medicine at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2014. Dr. Kettel is board certified in family medicine and has a special interest in pediatrics. Dr. Kettel is a Credentialed ImPACT® Consultant trained in treating concussions as well as administering and interpreting the ImPACT® test.

Biography: Angela Long-Prentice, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and Wright State University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton. Dr. Long-Prentice is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Long-Prentice has a special interest in women's health and has been with Premier Physician Network since 1994.
