Care Philosophy: A note from Dr. Robinson: I remember when I was about 12, my mother gave me a pamphlet to read discussing the female reproductive system. She asked me if I had any questions but I could tell by the look on her face that she was praying I did not ask any. I could feel her discomfort about the subject and this was from a woman who had nine kids! Those subjects were just not discussed. I was born into the baby boomer generation and was raised to be a Steel Magnolia so I went to the library and read everything I could get my hands on concerning the female body and all of its capabilities. I was amazed and knew then that I wanted to study the female body and help future adolescent and adult females understand their bodies and be comfortable discussing any issues or concerns they may have. I have never regretted my decision to study and practice obstetrics and gynecology. I love the idea that I can care for my patients from the moment they are conceived into their golden years.

Biography: Mary Caroline Young Imbs, DO is an Obstetrician and Gynecologist with Woman's Health Group in the Medical Center of Houston, Texas. Dr. Imbs received both her BBA in Marketing as well as her BA in Spanish from Southern Methodist University. She then went on to complete her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from A.T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Imbs completed her training with a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital.Dr. Imbs believes that practicing as an ObGyn is an honor and a privilege. She is able to use multiple treatment modalities, both medically and surgically, to improve the quality of life of her patients over long periods of time. She is able to treat the medical issues that come along with puberty, childbirth, menopause, and everything in-between. She feels fortunate to be able to develop life-long relationships with her patients in a setting where she can support them in both the best and worst of times.The most important thing to Dr. Imbs is her family. She has an adoring husband, 2 beautiful sons, and 2 mischievous dogs whom she loves. Biography: This physician is accepting telehealth visits. Dr. Moore grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and completed her undergraduate studies at Xavier university of Louisiana. She received her degree of osteopathic medicine from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999 and did her training in family practice on Long Island in New York. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, American board of Osteopathic Family Physicians, National Medical Association, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Dr. Moore is an osteopathic family physician that provides disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment strategies to you and your entire family through all of life's stages, from infancy to end of life. She believes that your body, when properly treated and maintained, is capable of self-healing. Because osteopathic family physicians have an appreciation for the interrelationship between body, mind, and spirit, she feels that she can provide you with the most holistic and comprehensive medical care available. Dr. Moore's special interests are in women's health, pediatrics, adolescent medicine, and wellness/prevention.
