Biography: Dr. Haluschak graduated medical school from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA. He completed his residency at Kettering Medical Center in Kettering, OH. Dr. Haluschak completed a fellowship in hematology and oncology at Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals of Cleveland in Cleveland, OH where he also completed the G. Britenham Fellowship, a post-doctorate research fellowship, through the Department of Health and Human Service. Dr. Haluschak is board certified in medical oncology and hematology. He is a member of the Montgomery County Medical Society, Ohio State Medical Association, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. Dr. Chamarthy completed a blood banking and transfusion medicine fellowship at University Hospital and University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, OH and a hematology oncology fellowship at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. Dr. Chamarthy is board certified in medical oncology and hematology by the American Board of Internal Medicine and board certified in blood banking by the American Board of Pathology.
