Care Philosophy: My training includes dual board certification in general and vascular surgery and an additional one year training in open heart surgery. After completion of a general surgery residency at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, I received the nationally renowned Arnold P. Gold Foundation Award for teaching and humanism. I have also received the distinguished classification of fellow of American college of surgeons (FACS).Clinically my practice focuses on advanced minimally invasive techniques to treat patients with aortic and carotid disease. I also specializes in treatment of peripheral arterial disease (PAD) and non-healing wounds due to lack of blood flow known as critical limb ischemia. I am currently involved in several clinical national trials and have obtained grants for educational purposes.
