Biography: Sisto Serafini, DO received his degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Serafini completed an internship at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadows, New York followed by a Residency in Internal Medicine at HCA Florida Largo Hospital in Largo, Florida.

Biography: Dr. Harish Madnani, MD is an Internist who practices in Hudson, FL. He is 70 years old and has been practicing for 47 years. Dr. Harish Madnani, MD is affiliated with HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital.

Biography: Dr. Mohamad Jibawi, MD pursued his education in Medicine at Waubonsee College, Illinois and St. Matthews University School of Medicine, Cayman Islands. He holds several certifications and courses such as ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA) and is Board eligible. Dr. Mohamad Jibawi joined AccessHealth Care in July 2016. He has several awards to his credit including the Intern of the Year award at Interim LSU Hospital and the Women's Health Award (2013-14) at LSU Health Science Center. Dr. Jibawi enjoys various sports such as Football, Basketball and volleyball. He also likes to go fishing in the summers. He is fluent in English and Arabic.

Biography: Dr. Kirk Garcia-Rios, DO is a Family Practitioner who practices in Spring Hill, FL. He is 48 years old and has been practicing for 20 years. Dr. Kirk Garcia-Rios, DO is affiliated with Tampa General Hospital and Tampa General Hospital Brooksville.

As an orthopaedic surgeon, I strive to provide every patient with state-of-the-art orthopaedic care. I believe in making certain that every patient understands his orthopaedic problem and his treatment options. If surgical treatment is needed I will take whatever time is needed for a detailed explanation about every aspect of the surgery. Each patient plays a integral role in the decision making process for his orthopaedic condition. My practice is mainly limited to treatment of the hip, knee, shoulder and elbow to provide you the most specialized treatment possible.
