Biography: Steven Burdette, MD, FIDSA, is a graduate of Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and went on to complete a fellowship in Infectious Diseases, both at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Burdette is board certified in Infectious Diseases by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America. Dr. Burdette has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of infectious diseases, including bone and joint infections, bloodstream infections, Clostridium difficile (C. diff), and pneumonia. Dr. Burdette has a special interest in orthopedic infections and patients with weakened immune systems (non-HIV). Dr. Burdette is committed to putting his patients' needs first.
