Biography: Charles F. Sale, MD, is a board-certified OB-GYN doctor (American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology) at Pierremont Women's Clinic, part of the Willis-Knighton Health System in Shreveport, Louisiana. He provides gynecology services for women of all ages. He treats menstrual irregularities, abnormal Pap smears and he helps women manage symptoms of menopause. He completed his undergraduate training at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, where he graduated magna cum laude. He then returned to Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport to attend medical school. There he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. Dr. Wilson remained in Shreveport to complete his surgical internship and residency in urology. He has multiple publications and has given presentations at national meetings on topics including female incontinence, prostatitis and erectile dysfunction. Dr. Wilson is board certified by the American Board of Urology. He enjoys practicing all aspects of urology and has a special interest in minimally invasive endoscopic, laparoscopic and da Vinci robotic surgery.
