Biography: Dr. Haluschak graduated medical school from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA. He completed his residency at Kettering Medical Center in Kettering, OH. Dr. Haluschak completed a fellowship in hematology and oncology at Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals of Cleveland in Cleveland, OH where he also completed the G. Britenham Fellowship, a post-doctorate research fellowship, through the Department of Health and Human Service. Dr. Haluschak is board certified in medical oncology and hematology. He is a member of the Montgomery County Medical Society, Ohio State Medical Association, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
