Biography: With extensive experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation and pain medicine, Eric Leung, MD provides the highest quality, comprehensive care for a wide range of disabling conditions. As a physiatrist, Dr. Leung specializes in spine and nerve disorders. With a special interest in cancer management and rehabilitation, Dr. Leung provides the most advanced diagnostic and therapeutic technologies and continuity of care within the framework of Columbia University Iriving Medical Center and NewYork-Presbyterian. Biography: Robert A. Christian, MD, MBA, is an orthopedic sports medicine surgeon specializing in the operative and non-operative treatment of athletes of all ages and skill levels, including pediatric and adult patients. He is an expert in arthroscopic and open surgery of the hip and knee. Dr. Christian is interested in arthroscopic hip preservation, focusing on femoroacetabular impingement, labral tears, proximal hamstring injuries, and complex knee pathologies, focusing on cartilage restoration, meniscus injuries, and ligament reconstruction. He also serves as Head team Physician at Iona University. A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Dr. Christian received a B.A. in Economics from Georgetown University and graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 2015. He completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery at Northwestern University, where he served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Brian J. Hartigan, MD, Memorial Award. While in residency, Dr. Christian graduated from the University of Chicago with a Master's in Business Administration from the Booth School of Business. Following residency, Dr. Christian completed fellowships in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopic Hip Preservation at Duke University in Durham, NC. While there, he served as a team physician for Duke University basketball, football, and baseball teams. Throughout his training, Dr. Christian has been active in academic research, having published over 20 peer-reviewed articles on various topics related to hip arthroscopy, femoroacetabular impingement, quality improvement, value-based healthcare, and surgical techniques. His ongoing research projects focus on optimizing patient outcomes with a particular interest in complex hip and knee pathology. Dr. Christian also has a significant interest in resident and fellow education and mentorship. He is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS), the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM), and the Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA). Outside of his practice, Dr. Christian enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and personal fitness.

Biography: Dr. Robert J. Strauch is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of hand, wrist, and elbow problems in adults and children. He has a special interest in nerve problems of the upper extremity, including carpal tunnel syndrome, and in treating congenital hand disorders. The specialty of hand surgery melds together elements and principles of orthopedic, plastic, neurological and vascular surgery to restore and maximize hand and upper extremity function, whether wielding a jackhammer, throwing a baseball, or playing the violin. Dr. Strauch has authored and co-authored numerous articles in the field of hand surgery and is actively engaged in basic and clinical research. He served as President of the New York Society for Surgery of the Hand in 2006-2007. Dr. Strauch has been included in the list of New York Magazine's and "Best Doctors in New York" in addition to being regularly listed in America's Top Doctors. He is also an accomplished amateur magician and has been known to entertain as well as to diagnose and treat his patients. Biography: Comana Cioroiu, MD is a general neurological specialist with particular expertise in clinical neurophysiology and electrodiagnostic testing of neuromuscular disorders. She is a graduate of Columbia University and New York Medical College, and served as Chief Resident during her Neurology training at The Neurological Institute of NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Dr. Cioroiu remained at The Neurological Institute of New York for advanced training in Neurophysiology and Electromyography/Neuromuscular Disease before joining the faculty of the Department of Neurology at Columbia University.
