Biography: Dr. Agarwal is a graduate of Jiwaji University in Madhya Pradesh, India. She completed residencies in pathology and internalmedicine at Miami Valley Hospital and Wright State University. Biography: Chauncy Eakins, MD, received his medical degree Ross University (NJ) in 2008, and completed his residency at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center (NY) in 2014. Dr. Eakins completed his fellowship at Michigan Sports and Spine in 2015. Dr. Eakins will work with Michael Verdon, DO, a neurosurgeon at the Clinical Neuroscience Institute at their office at Miami Valley Hospital North. The two physicians will work together in a single, convenient office location in order to collaborate on patient care for nonsurgical and other treatment options.

Biography: Sanford M. Wolfe, DO, graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed residency in internal medicine at the U.S. Air Force Medical Center at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Dr. Wolfe completed his fellowship in rheumatology at the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences in Memphis, TN. Dr. Wolfe has practiced rheumatology since 1986. Dr. Wolfe is board certified in internal medicine and rheumatology.

Biography: Walter Reiling, III, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and of the University of Cincinnati Medical School. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Reiling is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Reiling has been associated with Premier Health Family Care -North since 1992.

Biography: Catarina Gulledge, MD is a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, MI. She completed her orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Gulledge completed a hand surgery fellowship at Ascension St. John Hospital in Detroit, MI. Dr. Gulledge is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. She is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and American Society for Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Gulledge performs hand surgery at Hand and Reconstructive Surgeons and Associates. She is accepting new patients.
