Biography: Dr. Greenleaf was born and raised in rural Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Dr. Greenleaf obtained a degree in Biology at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, where he was also a First Team All-Ivy League and Honorable Mention National All-American in wrestling. He went on to receive his medical degree with honors from Drexel University College of Medicine and then completed his residency training in Orthopaedic Surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Finally, Dr. Greenleaf completed his Fellowship training in Spine Surgery at Harvard's Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA. Training at an internationally renowned facility afforded Dr. Greenleaf exposure to the diagnosis and care of complex spinal conditions, particularly in degenerative conditions, adult deformity and spinal tumors. He also received training in cutting-edge minimally invasive techniques both at Harvard facilities and with the Neurosurgeons of Cape Cod group located in Cape Cod, MA. While in Pittsburgh and Boston, Dr. Greenleaf has performed research, authored textbook chapters, and presented at national meetings on various topics ranging from bacterial MRSA biofilms and Sports Hernia surgery to minimally invasive fixation of spine fractures and embolization of metastatic spine tumors.

Biography: James S. Raphael, MD, is the Chairman of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery, and Director of the Hand Surgery Program at Einstein Medical Center. Dr. Raphael specializes in the treatment of chronic and traumatic conditions of the hand, wrist and elbow. He is regionally recognized for his proficiency in today's most advanced orthopedic surgery procedures, including arthroscopy, microsurgery, replantation, free-tissue transfer, nervesurgery and reconstruction. Dr. Raphael co-chairs the Research Program in the Department of Orthopedics at Einstein Healthcare Network and has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed medical journals. Biography: John Petolillo, Jr., DO, MBA, has been a practicing orthopedic surgeon for more than 20 years and is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Albright College in Reading, PA and in 1992, he obtained his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following medical school, Dr. Petolillo completed his internship and orthopedic surgical residency at the Hospitals of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he also served as Chief Resident in his senior year. In 2018, Dr. Petolillo earned his M.B.A. (Master of Business Administration) from Temple University's Fox School of Business in Philadelphia, PA. In 2006, Dr. Petolillo was part of the orthopedic medical staff for the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament in Philadelphia. He is an Orthopaedic residency trainer for the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and also serves as orthopaedic consultant for two local high schools. He is a member of American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, the Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society, the Philadelphia Orthopaedic Society, the American Osteopathic Association and the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr. Petolillo's wide ranging expertise includes adult reconstructive surgery of the hip and knee, arthroscopic surgery and fracture surgery.

Dr. Beaver received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Einstein Medical Center and fellowship trained in sports medicine at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Prior to joining Einstein, Dr. Beaver was an Attending Physician at the Cooper Bone & Joint Institute. Dr. Beaver is currently seeing patients at Einstein Medical Center Elkins Park and Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia.
