Biography: Joseph P. Allen, MD, FAAFP is board-certified in family medicine and is a graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency through the Dayton Community Family Practice Residency Program at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018). Dr. Allen's special interests include pediatric health, sports medicine and preventive medicine. Dr. Allen is also the Premier Physician Network Regional Medical Director. He lives in Dayton with his wife and two children. Dr. Allen is a Credentialed ImPACT® Consultant trained in treating concussions as well as administering and interpreting the ImPACT® test.

Biography: Kathryn Lorenz, MD is a board certified family practice physician who earned her medical degree from the Boonshoft School of Medicine, Wright State University, Dayton, OH. She completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Medicine, Dayton, OH. Dr. Lorenz joined Premier Physician Network in 2009. Dr. Lorenz received many honors during her training: Introduction to Clinical Medicine Award, Montgomery County Medical Society Alliance Scholarship, and the Ranville Scholarship. Biography: Anne Reitz, MD is a graduate of Miami University and the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine. She completed her residency in family practice at St. Francis Hospital of Evanston. Dr. Reitz is certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Medicine. She has been with Premier Physician Network since 2000.

Biography: Beth A. Berrettoni, MD, is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She completed her Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland and was a Hand Fellow at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. During her years of training, Dr. Berrettoni has been active in research, and has had her work presented in national medical publications. Dr. Berrettoni is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and has obtained the Certificate of Added Qualifications for Surgery of the Hand. She is a member of The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.

Biography: Irina A. Gendler, MD is a board certified family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Novosibirsk State Medical University, Novosibirsk, Russia. She is also board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology after completing two residencies in Russia. In the U.S., Dr. Gendler completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Practice, Dayton, OH in 2006. She is fluent in English and Russian. Dr. Gendler has received many honors during her training: Academic Excellency Scholarship, Nikolay I. Pirogov Senior Student Award, Leadership Award, and Intern of the Year award. She has been a clinical instructor for medical students and participated in many volunteer activities receiving the Annual Volunteer Award for her service. Dr. Gendler is currently a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians and Ohio Academy of Family Physicians. She holds medical licenses in Ohio and California.
