Care Philosophy: ``My philosophy of care focuses on making sure I've addressed my patients' questions and needs. I want them to understand what's going on and the treatment plan going forward. I think of it as a partnership where I'm really listening to them, and taking their goals into context and trying to determine the best treatment plan based on those goals.``

I want to really understand where they are and then take the time to examine them, see what I see physically and then come up with a game plan. I look at my job as trying to define what I think is going on and then talking to the patients about their options. I individualize each patient's treatment so that they can understand what the problem is and what we need to do to deal with it, but within the context of what they can do within their life and what works for them.``

Care Philosophy: As an active person and athlete, I can relate to my patients. My goal is to help find ways to keep my patients in their sport even in the midst of injuries.
