Care Philosophy: Although I have a strong background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, my therapeutic approach is eclectic, tailoring treatment needs specifically to each individual . Outside of being a Therapist, I love to run, bike ride, watch movies, bake, and spend time with my loved ones.
