Care Philosophy: A note from Dr. Robinson: I remember when I was about 12, my mother gave me a pamphlet to read discussing the female reproductive system. She asked me if I had any questions but I could tell by the look on her face that she was praying I did not ask any. I could feel her discomfort about the subject and this was from a woman who had nine kids! Those subjects were just not discussed. I was born into the baby boomer generation and was raised to be a Steel Magnolia so I went to the library and read everything I could get my hands on concerning the female body and all of its capabilities. I was amazed and knew then that I wanted to study the female body and help future adolescent and adult females understand their bodies and be comfortable discussing any issues or concerns they may have. I have never regretted my decision to study and practice obstetrics and gynecology. I love the idea that I can care for my patients from the moment they are conceived into their golden years.

Biography: Dr. Adrian Harvey Mass is an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician with Houston Women's Care Associates. She was born and raised near Fort Wayne, Indiana and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana. She went on to attend Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, and earned her MD. She continued on with Loyola for an additional year of training in general surgery, before fleeing the cold weather of the north for Texas. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology with Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Harvey Mass sees all obstetrical and gynecologic issues, but her special interests include sexual health, adolescent gynecology, contraception including IUDs, and caring for moms and babies during pregnancy.Dr. Harvey Mass and her husband are now proud to call Houston home, and are enjoying raising their 2 sons here. Dr. Harvey Mass sees patients at the main office, as well as in Angleton and Pearland. Dr. Harvey Mass welcomes new patients and referrals.

Biography: This physician is accepting telehealth visits. Dr. Shaunna Mason is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist. Although she is not a Houston native, she has been happy to call Houston home for the past 15 years. Originally from Greenville, TX, a small town in East Texas, she knew very early on that she wanted to be a physician and care for families. After graduating high school, she attended Rhodes College in Memphis, TN earning Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority and the Biology Honor Society. During her time in Memphis, she enjoyed volunteering at St. Jude's Children's Hospital. She also spent time at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital where she participated in an undergraduate pediatric internship, as well as outside research in infection disease with a focus in RSV. In 2004, she relocated to Houston, TX to pursue her medical doctorate at The University of Texas Health Science Center Houston. During medical school she participated in teaching through the JAMP undergraduate pre-med program with a focus in embryology. She was also a member of the American Medical Women's Association and graduated in the top 1/3 of her class. Given her ongoing love of caring for women through different seasons of life, she pursued her intern and residency training the Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed her training from the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston and Memorial Hermann Hospital in 2012. During her time in training, she served on the residency selection committee and was selected as Outstanding Chief Resident in Laparoscopic and Minimally Invasive Surgery. She has been practicing in the Greater Houston Area ever since where she continues to foster lasting relationships with her patients. She has been named a Rising Star of Texas, Top Doctor in Texas Monthly and one of Houston's Top Doctors several times throughout her 7.5 years in private practice. She maintains privileges at The Woman's Hospital of Texas, in the Texas Medical Center. She provides full obstetric care, including preconception counseling, infertility, high-risk pregnancy and focused postpartum care. She enjoys seeing her patients build the families of their dreams. She also provides full gynecologic services including well-health exams, adolescent care and menopause. For gynecologic problems that cannot be improved with life-style changes or medications, she always attempts to provide minimally invasive surgical options including laparoscopic and hysteroscopic outpatient surgery. She plans to pursue her certification in robotic surgery, Da Vinci in the near future. When not with her patients, she enjoys time with her family: her husband Chad, native New Orleanian, and three children, Henry, Eloise and George. She also loves her aging King Charles Spaniel, Winston. She enjoys running the beautiful parks of Houston, gardening in her backyard box vegetable garden and loves expanding her culinary horizons both at home and away.

Dr. Alicia McIntosh is a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist who founded Bella Obstetrics & Gynecology along with four of her colleagues in January 2020. She is originally from Waco, Texas, but moved to Fort Worth, Texas for college. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from TCU in 2004 with a degree in Chemistry. She was inducted into the national honor societies Phi Beta Kappa and Mortar Board. Dr. McIntosh had an amazing opportunity to live and study in Paris, France at La Sorbonne- University of Paris in 2002. In 2009, she earned her Medical Doctorate from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Dr. McIntosh completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Memorial Hermann Hospital in 2013. In residency, Dr. McIntosh received the Residency Research Award for the top research project. The focus of her research was a basic science aspect of infertility. She has been in private practice since 2013. Dr. McIntosh has been honored as one of Houston's "Top Doctors" by H-Texas Magazine for 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. She was also named by Texas Monthly as a Top Doctor in Texas "Rising Star" in 2017, 2018 and 2019. She was also voted one of Houstonia Magazine's Top Doctors in 2019 which is voted on by other physician peers in Houston.Dr. McIntosh has a strong passion for women's health. She is inspired and driven by connections with her patients in all stages of life. She values a trusting, respectful patient-doctor relationship and loves the opportunity to educate her patients about their health. While knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of obstetrics and gynecology she has a particular interest in breastfeeding complications, cervical cancer screening, contraception, pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. Dr. McIntosh found her calling in OB/Gyn. It combines primary care medical problems and continuity with emergency and surgery all while caring for not only one but sometimes two patients. There is nothing as emotional and fulfilling as bringing a new life into the world! It never gets old. From the gynecologic side, having the ability to skillfully use her hands in the operating room to improve a patient's quality of life is beyond rewarding. The joy of building a relationship and guiding women through all stages of life from the teens to reproductive years to menopause and beyond is indescribable and fulfilling. In her spare time, Dr. McIntosh enjoys traveling, shopping, designing jewelry, and spending time with her husband, Chris, and their children, Hunter, Carlyle, and Cole.

Care Philosophy: Complete Women's Care Center is a group of all female OB/GYN physicians and mid level providers whose focus is on excellence in both customer service and the medical care we provide. As mothers and women we truly understand pregnancy and the many gynecologic issues that women face throughout life. Because we are also patients ourselves, we understand how important a beautiful surrounding with kind and compassionate staff interactions are to one's feelings of well-being.
