Biography: Dr. Ashley is board certified in Family Medicine, and practiced traditional medicine for 20 years. She then returned to school for another board certification in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine and now practices both western medicine and integrative medicine, with a much more holistic approach to healthcare. Her expertise includes bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, brain health and diagnosing cognitive dysfunction, allergies, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and anti-aging medicine. She is much more interested in health care rather than sick care, and strives to help patients achieve optimal health through the use of supplements, dietary changes, exercise and alternative medicine.
