Biography: Dr. Carlos Alemany, MD is a Researcher who practices in Orlando, FL. He is 54 years old and has been practicing for 27 years. Dr. Carlos Alemany, MD is affiliated with AdventHealth Orlando.

Care Philosophy: Armando Rosales, MD, is a highly qualified board-certified surgeon who joined AdventHealth Medical Group after completing an elite fellowship in advanced minimally invasive surgery with a special focus on foregut and hepatobiliary surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Florida. Prior to that, he was a general surgery resident at Cleveland Clinic Florida where he earned researcher of the year (2014 and 2016) and resident of the year (2015 and 2017). He is fluent in both English and Spanish and has co-authored more than 20 articles in peer-reviewed publications, one book and 14 book chapters. Dr. Rosales is an active member of the American Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association, Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons and American College of Surgeons.

Care Philosophy: At Nona Minimally Invasive Surgery, the majority of the treatments and procedures performed are minimally invasive (i.e. robotic-assisted, laparoscopic, or mini-incision surgery) in nature – meaning you will experience less pain, smaller scars and faster recovery than with the traditional, "open" surgical methods employed by some physicians.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Machado is a board-certified Oncologist and Hematologist with more than 10 years of experience. He prides himself on keeping up with the most advanced and cost effective therapies for cancer treatment. He is an advocate for the early management of discomfort and pain for cancer patients. Although chemotherapy is still frequently employed, he is excited to share new targeted and immunotherapy options with patients. Dr. Machado earned his medical degree with honors at Saba University School of Medicine in the Caribbean and undertook his residency training at the University of Florida/Shands Hospital in Gainesville, where he was named Chief Resident. He obtained his sub-specialty training at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, where he completed his Oncology/Hematology fellowship and was named Chief Fellow.
