Biography: Mark Jones MD is a native of the Covington area who returned home in September 2014 as a surgeon, focusing on disorders of the endocrine system and gastrointestinal tract. He received his bachelor's degree in microbiology from Louisiana State University in 1997 and earned his medical degree from LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport in 2009.
