He completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at University of Kansas School of Medicine - Wichita in Wichita, KS. He went on to complete a fellowship in Spine Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Dunlap is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Dunlap is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for neck and back pain. He specializes in non-operative spine evaluation and treatment, emphasizing personalized, evidence-based approaches to restore mobility and improve quality of life. Dr. Dunlap believes in empowering patients through education and shared decision-making, ensuring they understand their condition and actively participate in their recovery. Biography: Warren Ljungren, MD is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his residency at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton. He is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Ljungren has a special interest in sports medicine. Dr. Ljungren has been with Beavercreek Family Medicine since its foundation in 1987.

Biography: Thomas Dixon, MD is a graduate of Kent State University and Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. Dr. Dixon is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. He has been with South Dayton Family Physicians since 2000. Dr. Dixon is a Credentialed ImPACT® Consultant trained in treating concussions as well as administering and interpreting the ImPACT® test.

Biography: Anoopa Hodges, DO has shared her expertise in managing acute and chronic illness in the adult population, including geriatrics, since 2004. Dr. Hodges has focused on preventative care medicine in a personal and friendly atmosphere since 2009. As a doctor of osteopathic medicine, she is able to perform manipulative treatment as well. As a Primary Care Physician, she oversees all aspects of a patient's care and refers to specialists when necessary. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Biography: Walter Reiling, III, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and of the University of Cincinnati Medical School. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Reiling is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Aziz is a provider at Premier Health Primary Care - Beavercreek. She is a Graduate of King Edward Medical University (Pakistan). She completed residency at Grand Rapids Medical Education Partners (MI). Dr. Aziz is board certified in internal medicine. Biography: Anjana H. Shah, MD is a graduate of Kasturba Medical College in India and completed her residency at State University of New York (SUNY). Dr. Shah is certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been with Premier Physician Network since 1993. Dr. Shah has special interest in diabetic patient management and patients with other chronic diseases.
