Biography: Avilasha Jha, MD, is a board-certified family medicine specialist with Primary Health GroupChippenham in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Jha earned her medical degree from Nepal Medical College at Kathmandu University and completed her family medicine residency with Ochsner Louisiana State University Shreveport/Monroe Medical Center. She is the 2019 recipient of Louisiana State University's Shining Star Award for professionalism in patient interactions. Dr. Jha is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She provides comprehensive primary healthcare for adolescents and adults, including check-ups, preventive care, senior care, and family planning. Dr. Jha has volunteered her time at local Covid screening clinics and providing school health physicals to students in need. When not seeing patients, Dr. Jha enjoys spending time with her husband and son.

Biography: Dr Hepper is an orthopedic surgeon with specialty training in hand, wrist, and elbow surgery and additional training in minimally invasive techniques and microsurgery. His practice focuses on all aspects of hand, wrist, and elbow problems. Commonly treated disorders include fractures of all types; elbow and wrist arthritis and instability; and common hand problems including carpal tunnel syndrome, Dupuytren's disease, and thumb arthritis. Dr Hepper completed his medical degree at Vanderbilt University. Subsequently, he completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery at Washington University in Saint Louis. He then received specialty training in hand, wrist, elbow and microsurgery at Curtis National Hand Center in Baltimore. Dr Hepper was born and raised outside Nashville, TN. He and his wife, a dermatologist, have three young children. He enjoys golf, spending time with family, and following UNC athletics.
