Dr. Mandola earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine. He then completed his residency training in family medicine at Houston Methodist in the Texas Medical Center and went on to complete his sports medicine fellowship training at Houston Methodist Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. Dr. Mandola treats a variety of conditions, both acute and chronic, with a focus on sports medicine. Some of these conditions include concussion management, arthritis, fractures, sprains, and treatment of other sports-related injuries as well as preventative primary care, treatment for minor illnesses and management of chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension. He then went on to complete an advanced spinal surgery fellowship at the prestigious Texas Back Institute. Dr. Elders has over 20 years of experience in his field.
