Biography: Dr. Ruchi Kapoor, MD, PhD is board-certified in internal medicine and recently finished her fellowship in cardiology from University of California, Irvine. She is interested in providing comprehensive general cardiac care to her patients with a focus on women's heart health and prevention of heart disease.Dr. Kapoor received her MD and PhD from Weill Cornell Medical College, with the focus of her thesis on how drugs, particularly antidepressants, affect the function of membrane properties. Her scientific pursuits led to an interest in physics, and ultimately physiology then pathophysiology, of the cardiovascular system.Her other academic interests include echocardiography, education and training of physicians. She hopes to pass on the same appreciation and love of the cardiovascular system to her patients and future generations of doctors.?

Biography: Ronald Reiter, MD, is a board-certified interventional cardiologist. His special interests include treatment of aortic valve disease, transcutaneous aortic valve replacement (TAVR) and other structural heart procedures. Dr. Reiter offers state-of-the-art cardiac care with understanding and compassion, providing the best medical judgment, best science and best technology available to him.

Biography: Daniel Fishbein, M.D., is a board certified cardiologist, medical director of UW Medicine's Congestive Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplantation Services and a UW professor of Cardiology and Medicine.Dr. Fishbein strives to create active partnerships with his patients to achieve the best possible outcomes.Dr. Fishbein earned his from Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University in the Bronx, New York. He is triple board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology. His research interests include investigational use of rabbit anti-human thymocyte serum, exercise to improve sleep in heart failure patients and randomized evaluation of mechanical assistance.?
