Biography: Dr. Onyinye Balogun is an Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at Weill Cornell Medicine specializing in the treatment of breast and gastrointestinalmalignancies.She is a graduate of Harvard University and Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Balogun initiatedher residency training at the University of Chicago and completed her final year at New York University.She has conducted and published breast cancer research in novel therapeutics for triple negative breast cancer and brain metastases. She is also engaged in hepatocellular cancer research as well asglobal health activitieswith a focus on improving the delivery of radiation therapy in low and middle income countries.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Schor is the Director of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at Staten Island University Hospital and an Associate Professor of Surgery at Hofstra/Northwell School of Medicine. He is Board Certified in both Vascular and General Surgery. He completed his general surgical training at New York University and completed his vascular training at Rutgers/ New Jersey Medical School. Dr. Schor has participated in both clinical and basic science research that has been presented at local and national scientific meetings. He has a special interest in endovascular treatments of aortic aneurysm, peripheral vascular disease and venous disorders.Dr. Schor is co-director of the Staten Island University Hospital Aortic Center. The Aortic Center is a multi-specialty center for treatment of aortic pathology. He performed the first fully percutaneous treatment for abdominal aortic aneurysm on Staten Island in 2010. Dr. Schor also performed the first Transcarotid Artery Revascularization (TCAR) procedure on Staten Island for the treatment of carotid artery disease. Dr. Schor is interested in the treatment of peripheral vascular disease, venous disease and abdominal aortic aneurysm. Dr. Schor is a member of Society of Vascular Surgery, Eastern Vascular Society, American Venous Forum, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has a research interest in the surgical management of DVT and treatment of PVD. Dr. Schor is a principal investigator for a number of National Institute of Health (NIH) sponsored clinical research trials, and his research has been presented at both local and national meetings.
