Biography: I enjoy rural medicine and working with chronic as well as acute problems. As an osteopathic doctor, I enjoy performing manipulation for patients who need or could benefit from the physical touch. I enjoy seeing patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. I like to perform procedures and practice preventive medicine. My overall philosophy is to treat the patient as a whole person, and I also believe that patient education is an absolute necessity. It is my goal that a patient leaves the clinic with no questions.

Biography: My role in medicine is to be an advocate for my patients and my community in the ever-changing and often confusing health care system. I see patients of all ages and the most fulfilling aspect of this career is seeing patients from the same family! I feel it is my duty to listen before speaking and to be thorough, straightforward and honest.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Krohn™s approach to care is centered around having clear communication and understanding with each visit. He values building strong relationships with his patients so they feel comfortable coming to their office visits. He wants his patients to look forward to their visits and not look at them as something they have to get done. He has special interest in orthopedics and completed a sports medicine fellowship through the University of Minnesota. Young athletes striving to improve themselves or recover from injuries, as well as aging athletes looking to stay in the game will find Dr. Krohn™s sports medicine and orthopedic knowledge and experience very useful. He enjoys caring for children and adults of all ages. He has four active school-aged children, which helps give him a good blend of medical and practical experience with kids. He also manages chronic disease such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and COPD.
