Care Philosophy: Kim Horvath, PA-C, CM, specializes in caring for women of all ages, from the teen years through menopause. Certified as a physician assistant, Kim provides traditional gynecological services and well women health care, including annual exams, menopause management and more. Biography: Jaspreet Parihar, MD, is a board-certified urologist with fellowship training in da Vinci robotic and minimally invasive surgeries in urologic oncology. His scope of work includes urologic cancers (with special interest and expertise in kidney/ bladder/prostate cancer) and benign conditions such as BPH and kidney stones. He strives to provide holistic, compassionate care and to treat his patients as he would his family. Dr. Parihar is a member of the American Urological Association, American College of Surgeons Professional Association and American Medical Association. Away from work, Dr. Parihar enjoys hiking and tennis.

Care Philosophy: Paul Schmidt, DO, provides primary care for families with special interest in pediatrics, sports medicine, women's health and osteopathic medicine. Drawn to medicine by the desire to help others, Dr. Schmidt pursues every avenue necessary to help each patient achieve optimal health and wellness. Dr. Schmidt also serves as the Peninsula High School team physician.

Care Philosophy: Anastasia Fyntrilakis, M.D., is a board certified family practitioner specializing in general medicine, women's health and pediatrics. She believes in treating the whole person, and that a vital role of the physician is in educating patients so that they can make informed decisions about their own care. Dr. Fyntrilakis enjoys cooking, the outdoors and spending time with her family.

Dr. Harrison believes in the importance of cooperation between the physician and patient in the prevention of disease and disability. Care Philosophy: Christopher Quarles, MD, FAAFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician who cares for patients from infancy through geriatrics. Dr. Quarles strives to deliver quality care with an emphasis on preventive health and continuity of care. He partners with his patients to improve their health and the health of their families. Dr. Quarles is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, American Medical Association and American Association for Physician Leadership. He served 27 years with the U.S. Navy, including two years as commanding officer at Naval Hospital Bremerton. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, running and reading.

Biography: Michael Oliver Roxas, MD, is an internal medicine physician who offers comprehensive primary care for adults, with special medical interest in gastroenterology and endocrinology. _x000D_ Dr. Roxas believes medical care should always be patient-centered. As such, he ``thinks like a patient, acts like a doctor.`` His role is to coach and motivate, helping patients make the right decisions for themselves. Care Philosophy: Bahman Saffari, MD, PhD, is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and fellowship trained in gynecologic oncology. Dr. Saffari is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for his patients by providing nurturing, compassionate care using the most effective, innovative surgical and medical treatments possible. Dr. Saffari is a diplomat of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, an affiliate investigator for the Gynecologic Oncology Group and a member of the Pierce County Medical Society. Dr. Saffari is fluent in Farsi and can speak medical Spanish. In his spare time, Dr. Saffari enjoys outdoor activities such as biking, hiking and kayaking.
