Biography: Ronald Pohlman, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Practice at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton. He is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians, and in Hospice and Palliative Medicine by the Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Dr. Pohlman has been with Beavercreek Family Medicine since 2000.

Biography: Isaac Cade, CNP, earned his Master of Science in Nursing in Family Nurse Practitioner from Ohio University in 2014. He received a Bachelor of Science from Ohio University in 2010. He received his Associate of Science in Nursing from Ohio University in 2009. He is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Isaac has been a registered nurse since 2009. He brings nursing experience from his background in medical-surgical intensive care and in-patient psychiatry to his career as a family nurse practitioner.

Biography: Paul A. Krebs, MD graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He completed the Wright State University Family Medicine Residency Program and The Ohio State University Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship Program. Dr. Krebs is board certified in sports medicine. He has a special interest in interventional ultrasound procedures, platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections, and the care of endurance athletes. Dr. Krebs is a member of American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, American College of Sports Medicine, Alpha Omega Alpha Member, and Gold Humanism Honor Society Chapter at the Boonshoft School of Medicine. Biography: Hasan Chaudhry, MD is a graduate of C.M.H. Lahore Medical Collage and Institute of Dentistry in Pakistan. He completed his family medicine residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. Dr. Chaudhry is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Biography: Jennifer J. Rodriguez, PA-C received her Master of Science, Physician Assistant Studies from Pennsylvania State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA in 2016. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL. Jennifer is a certified physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery. Jennifer is a four-time Olympic athlete and has won two Olympic bronze medals in the sport of speedskating.

Biography: Michael A. Herbenick, MD graduated from Wright State University School of Medicine in 2000. He completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Wright State University School of Medicine. Dr. Herbenick completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic. He is board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine.

Biography: Amaal Salhieh, MD is a family doctor in Beavercreek, Ohio. She is a graduate of Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine where she also completed her family medicine residency. She is a member of the American Medical Association and Phi Rho Sigma. Dr. Salheih welcomes new patients.

Biography: Geetha Ambalavanan, MD, FAAFP is a board certified family physician providing comprehensive primary health care to patients of all ages, emphasizing disease prevention.
