Biography: Dr. Noelle Bach Halloin was born and raised in Mankato, Minnesota. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology with a Minor in Philosophy at the University of Minnesota Duluth. She also completed her medical degree at the University of Minnesota School of Medicine in 2005. She then received her Pediatrics residency training at Children's National Medical Center in 2008. After completion of her training, she continued to work there as an Associate at the CNMC Emergency Department and CNMC Children's Health Center in Washington, D.C. She has been part of the Virginia Pediatric Group since 2009 and is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She feels her most important roles as a Pediatrician are to educate families about good health practices to enhance their preventive care and to offer the latest in evidence-based treatments for illness. She loves that you always know where you stand with a child, that children are typically resilient in health, and enjoys seeing if she can get a child to smile or laugh during a visit. Her special interests include asthma and adolescent care. She enjoys many activities including running, biking, photography, reading, travel and spending time with her family. She lives in Arlington, VA with her husband, two children, and dog.

Biography: Dr. Reena S. Kaul was born in Oklahoma and spent her childhood in Stone Mountain, GA. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering at the University of California San Diego as a Regents' Scholar in 1995. She then completed her Master of Public Health in Community Health Sciences/Child Health Policy at the University of California Los Angeles in 1997. She enjoyed working in child health policy advocacy at Maternal and Child Health Access in Los Angeles on the community health level but decided providing child and family-centered health care at the personal level is where she could make the most difference in the lives of children. In 2002, she earned her medical degree at the University of Southern California-Keck School of Medicine with a National Health Services Corps (NHSC) Scholarship. She completed her Pediatrics residency training at the Children's Hospital and Research Center Oakland in 2005. After training, she worked as a NHSC scholar at a private, non-profit health center in the under-served area of Lehigh Acres, FL for three years. She then moved to Bergen County, New Jersey where she worked in a large private practice prior to joining the Virginia Pediatric Group in 2013. She is also an Instructor of Pediatrics for the VCU School of Medicine. She enjoys helping guide children and families towards health and well-being through the years from birth through adolescence and is dedicated to providing compassionate, quality, family-centered care. Her areas of interest include nutrition, breastfeeding promotion, preventive medicine, dermatology, and infectious disease. She is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is moderately fluent in medical Spanish and conversational German. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, listening to music, cooking, and traveling. She resides in Herndon, VA with her husband and their two young sons.

Biography: Dr. Lutta is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon with a special interest in treatment of problems involving the foot and ankle. He graduated cum laude with a degree in Biology from Clark University in Worcester, MA. He earned his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC, where he was named to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Howard University Hospital and went on to a fellowship in foot and ankle reconstruction at the University of Pennsylvania.
