Biography: Dr. Crochet is a native Southeast Texan with family residing in the Houston Bay Area and Golden Triangle. His goal is to provide a personalized and evidenced-based approach to each family hoping to expand. Dr. Crochet trained in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. He completed his residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in 2009. In 2005, he received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston after graduating magna cum laude from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Genetics. Dr. Crochet is an accomplished physician-scientist and has published on various topics including operative hysteroscopy, diminished ovarian reserve, polycystic ovary syndrome, uterine fibroids, hormone function and ectopic pregnancy. He has garnered commendations for teaching as well as awards for excellence in laparoscopic and endoscopic surgery and ultrasonography. Dr. Crochet is board certified in both Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility and Obstetrics/Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG), as well as a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG).

Biography: Yaiyun Judy Cheng, known as "Dr. Judy " by many, was born in Taiwan and immigrated to the US at age 13. Dr. Cheng received her undergraduate degree (BS) in Biology from Trinity University. She earned her Doctorate of Medicine from UT Health Science Center and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Riverside Regional Medical Center. Dr. Cheng is passionate about women's health at every stage of their lives. She loves seeing patients in the office, delivering babies and performing surgeries. Her priority is for patients to feel comfortable to discuss their problems and private matters. She believes in quality care through education, collaboration and joint decision making with her patients. Dr. Cheng has been specially trained on vNOTES (Transvaginal Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery) hysterectomy and other common gynecologic procedures. It is a new minimally invasive, advanced gynecologic technique that provides many benefits to female patients, such as no abdominal scars, shorter hospital stays, less pain and faster recovery times. Dr. Cheng is board certified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the Texas Medical Association. When she is not caring for patients, Dr. Cheng enjoys spending time with her family, reading, painting and gardening. She is taking new patients and referrals and looks forward to being a trusted part of your healthcare team.

She grew up in Beaumont, Texas where she enjoyed the benefits of growing up in a small town. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. In 2006, she earned her Medical Doctorate from The University of Texas Medical School at Houston. Dr. Brigger completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Memorial Hermann Hospital in 2010. During medical school, Dr. Brigger was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society during her junior year. In residency, Dr. Brigger received the Residency Teaching Award and was an Administrative Chief Resident from 2009-2010. Dr. Brigger has been voted as a "Texas Super Doctor Rising Star" in Texas Monthly Magazine every year. She has also received Vitals "Patient Choice" award for multiple years. Dr. Brigger is committed to developing lifelong relationships with her patients. She enjoys being able to guide women through all the phases of a woman's life and her health needs. She has a passion for minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and is trained in laparoscopic and Da Vinci robotic surgery. Dr. Brigger is devoted to learning the most current technologies for surgical techniques so that she can offer her patients the latest advances in gynecologic care. Dr. Brigger is also a member of multiple committees at The Women's Hospital of Texas to ensure that our patients have the best care and experience during any hospitalization. In her spare time, Dr. Brigger enjoys spending time with her husband, Eric, her daughters, Riley and Harper, and their beagle, Walker. She also likes reading, traveling and shopping and being an active member in her school's community.
