Care Philosophy: I am passionate about taking care of and helping women through many stages of their life. I enjoy educating patients about their options for medical care and helping them choose the optimal treatment that is right for them. My medical interests include general and high risk pregnancy, cervical dysplasia, minimally invasive surgery including robotic surgery, contraceptive management, menopause treatment and weight loss treatment.

Biography: A proud army brat, Dr. Joye calls Columbia, South Carolina home, although she's lived and traveled throughout the United States. The experience of growing up in a military family helped lay the foundation for her discipline, adaptiveness, and appreciation of all aspects of diversity. Dr. Joye began her path to medicine by attending Spelman College in Atlanta, GA where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then went on to receive her Medical Doctorate from the Medical University of South Carolina. At MUSC, she was elected into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. Dr. Joye completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas at Houston. While in residency she was the recipient of various accolades, including Outstanding Resident in Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Gynecologic Oncology and the MD Anderson Gynecologic Oncology Resident of the Year Award. She was also elected to be an Administrative Chief Resident. Upon completion of her residency, Dr. Joye was honored to receive the Outstanding Chief Resident Award. Dr. Joye's favorite thing about being an obstetrician and gynecologist is being able to establish lifelong relationships with her patients. She is an impassioned women's health advocate and strives for her patients to feel heard, be respected, and to always be well cared for. Dr. Joye brings a compassionate, direct, and engaging bedside manner to all of her patients. She enjoys practicing the full breadth of obstetrics and gynecology and has a special interest in obstetrics, minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries, preventative care, menstrual disorders, and contraception counseling. Dr. Joye joined Complete Women's Care Center in 2020 and practices at the Pearland location. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She enjoys trying out new restaurants, yoga, and listening to music. Biography: Dr. Lakeisha Demerson, MD is an Obstetrics /amp Gynecology Specialist who practices in Webster, TX. She is 42 years old. Dr. Lakeisha Demerson, MD is affiliated with HCA Houston Healthcare Mainland and HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake.

Biography: In 2002, Dr. Smith graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor in business administration. She completed her doctor of medicine at Texas A&M University System Health Science Center in 2006. In 2010, she completed her specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The University of Texas Health Science Center through the Memorial Hermann Hospital program. Professio??nal Associations :Dr. Smith is a Fellow of the Texas Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Biography: Webster, Texas. Dr. Stafflinger grew up in Richmond, Virginia but has called Houston home for the last several years. She graduated from The University of Virginia with a double major in biology and German language. Dr. Stafflinger spent time in research before enrolling in Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine where she earned her Doctorate of Medicine. Following medical school, she moved to Texas to complete her training in obstetrics and gynecology at Houston Methodist Hospital. Dr. Stafflinger originally became interested in her wonderfully unique field as it provides the opportunity to provide care for women from their teenage years all the way through late adulthood. She believes it is such a privilege to care for women in the special journey of pregnancy, guiding them from the first ultrasound through delivery. She also has a passion for gynecologic surgery, in order to help women to feel their best no matter their age.When not treating patients, Dr. Stafflinger enjoys spending time with her husband, two young daughters, and mini dachshund. She also enjoys yoga, pilates, cooking, and gardening.Dr. Stafflinger welcomes new patients and referrals. When appropriate, the practice does offer telehealth visits.

Biography: In 1988, Dr. Davis-Townsend completed her medical degree at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She completed her residency and internship in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Nevada Las Vegas Medical Center. Dr. Davis-Townsend is the Chairman of the Department of OB/GYN at HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake. Dr. Davis-Townsend is a member of the American Medical Association, Harris County Medical Society and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
