He graduated from Ross University School of Medicine in Edison, NJ/Dominica West Indies in 2004, and completed his Family Medicine residency at Mercy Health Systems in Janesville, WI. As a rural medicine physician in the North woods of Wisconsin, his practice included the full spectrum of care including pediatrics, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
