Biography: This physician is accepting telehealth visits.Keith Elkins, MD, is a board certified physician in both Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine and has over 13 years of experience as a physician. He graduated from Ross University School of Medicine in Edison, NJ/Dominica West Indies in 2004, and completed his Family Medicine residency at Mercy Health Systems in Janesville, WI. As a rural medicine physician in the North woods of Wisconsin, his practice included the full spectrum of care including pediatrics, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. In addition, he also has worked in Emergency Medicine. Dr. Elkins believes that a good doctor-patient relationship is a partnership with many paths to well-being. It is his position to offer evidence based information and help the patient apply that to their individual condition, needs, and goals. He was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, and has lived in the West Indies, Indiana and most recently Wisconsin. He is excited to be back in Utah to explore the mountains, enjoy the Utah outdoors, and be with family again. When he isn't at the clinic, Dr. Elkins also enjoys white water kayaking, beekeeping, and hiking.

Biography: Julia Johansson, MD is a doctor specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, practicing at Circle of Life Women Center in Ogden, Utah. As an obstetrician, Dr. Johansson provides prenatal care for pregnant women and delivers babies through vaginal birth or c-section. Additionally, this physician provides gynecological services for women during all stages of life: pap smears, birth control, infertility, STD treatment and prevention, and menopausal care. Dr. Johansson is board-certified and a member of the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Johansson completed Residency at Abington Memorial Hospital, and attended Medical School at Temple University.

Care Philosophy: Christine Francis, CNM, MSN, is committed to treating the whole patient, including physical issues, but also emotional and spiritual wellbeing. By presenting all available options, she empowers women to make the best-informed decisions regarding their health care. Once patients choose how they want to give birth, Francis serves as a guide for them to achieve that end as safely as possible. She assists with all aspects of women's health and maternal care, from breast and gynecological exams to family planning, prenatal visits, vaginal deliveries and first assist for C-sections. Francis received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Weber State University and a master's in nursing, with a midwifery specialty, from the University of Utah. A wife and mom to three girls, Francis enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, baking, horseback riding, water and snow skiing.
