Biography: Charis Noteboom, MD is an obstetrician and gynecologist who is passionate to be part of all transitions of a woman's life. Life, along with medicine, is continually in flux. It is Dr. Noteboom's goal to advocate for her patient's by patiently listening and embracing the new advancements in medicine that are constantly being discovered. She specializes in minimally invasive surgery including both robotically and laparoscopically, as well as high-risk obstetrics. She completed her medical school training at the University of South Dakota and moved to Wichita, KS to complete her residency at the University of Kansas - Wichita Campus. Transitions in life come in many different varieties. They can come in the form of technological advances such as robotic surgery, medication advances, of even roadblocks in life. As a obstetrician and gynecologist, it is Dr. Noteboom's goal is to continually contribute to these transitions by providing effective empathetic patient care in a team approach so that we all can continue to be passionate about what life has to bring us. Outside of work, Dr. Noteboom enjoys traveling, hiking, boating and photography. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs.

Biography: Dr. Christman has been in private practice since 1978. He is licensed to practice medicine in both the State of Kansas and Texas. His many publications include topics such as Identification and Follow-Up At-Risk Gravidas from Maternal Rubella Exposure, Regional Perinatal Care, Fetal Weight Estimation by Sonographic Fetal Abdominal Circumference, and Prenatal Diagnosis-Wichita Experience. He received the Outstanding Young Men in America Award in 1975 and the National Faculty Award for Excellence in Education in 1999. He continues to provide clinical training to residents through the University of Kansas School of Medicine.Dr. Christman performs robotic hysterectomies/myomectomies utilizing the Da Vinci Robotic System.Special Interests include Minimally Invasive Surgery and Advanced Laparoscopic Procedures.

Biography: In addition to caring for the women of Wichita, Dr. Hild is dedicated to training the next generation of healthcare professionals. She enjoys working every day with residents and medical students, being involved both with hands-on training and helping them prepare for board certifications.Dr. Hild's own education included undergraduate work at the University of Iowa (Go Hawks!) and medical school at the University of Nebraska. Hild moved to Wichita and University of Kansas for her residency and loves living in the Midwest.She counts being able to maintain a work/life balance as among her biggest accomplishments and is, therefore, just as dedicated to her family. Her husband is also a physician, owning a family medicine practice in town. Together, they raise two beautiful, smart and active daughters.

Biography: Dr. Burford was born and grew up in Mexico City, Mexico. She graduated from KU with a degree in Neurology and completed medical school and residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine Wichita. She is passionate about making a difference in women's quality of life, both medically and surgically.Outside work, Dr. Burford enjoys spending time with her two children and family, discovering new Wichita restaurants, and hiking, biking, and running outdoors.

Biography: Dr. Depew has worked in women's healthcare for 28 years, 20 of which have been here at Associates in Women's Health. During that time, he has enjoyed the satisfaction of working with who he describes as the best OB/GYN doctors & nurses in Wichita.Key to Dr. Depew's approach to medicine has been building real relationships with his patients so he can better provide care to them and their families. He's most proud of working with the same great people for 28 straight years, as well as providing OB/GYN care to patients in Latin America as well as in Wichita.
